With a fully staffed office and the latest technology, we represent businesses and individuals primarily in civil matters with an emphasis on litigation of construction, criminal, domestic relations, Probate, collections, commercial, landlord-tenant, personal injury, products liability, and various civil tort cases. The firm also handles corporate affairs for a number of businesses, residential and business real estate transactions, wrongful death, premises liability, motor vehicle litigation, and business litigation throughout Ohio.
We also have experience in setting up small businesses and assisting clients with business transactions. Our focus is limited to these areas in order to fulfill our mission of being highly responsive to our clients' questions and needs.
The firm's founding members, Jeremy M. Tomb, has been involved in complex business ventures involving the development and construction of large real estate projects, affording him the ability to develop expertise usually limited to major metropolitan areas.
